Mr. Ade Lawal is a successful entrepreneur and trainer in the area of agricultural enterprise development and management. He has over 25 years of experience in private sector management. He is a graduate of Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.  He owns and runs an agricultural training institute with landmark achievements in youth empowerment through Agriculture. He was the MD/CEO of Syntegra Energy Limited between February 2012 and November 2014. He was the MD/CEO of First Amalgamated Building Society Limited (Mortgage Bankers), from June 2009 to January 2012. He was the MD/CEO of Simple Trust International Limited a Marketing Company between July 2008 and June 2009. He has about 10 years of working experience in the banking industry as he voluntarily retired as a Regional Business Executive of the then Intercontinental Bank PLC in  June 2008. At present, he is the MD/CEO of Transtel Services and Supplies Limited.

He is the president of the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment.  He is a trained Agribusiness Manager Program of Lagos Business School, Lagos (2016). He is a 2014 graduate of the Institute Of Leadership and Global Education, the United Kingdom in International Leadership Master. He is a successful grandaunt of the Owners Manager Program at the Lagos Business School, Lagos (2010). In 2008 he participated in the Executive Development Program at the Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, USA. He is a trainee of the Transformational Leadership program at Ceed International, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2009 among others.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is the President of The Board of Trustees of the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment (CSAE). He is happily married and blessed with children.

Dr. Olowogbon, Toyin Samuel is a distinguished agricultural economist. OLOWOGBON, Toyin holds a Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Masters and Ph. D. Degrees in Agricultural Economics all from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He also holds a professional postgraduate diploma in teaching in higher education from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria; with a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the Nigerian Institute of Safety professional. Dr. Olowogbon expresses his passion in the area of agri-preneurship and evidenced based policy making and advocacy. He has over 12years experience in the area of agricultural business incubation and management.

Toyin Olowogbon's passion is in helping people and agri-businesses discover and grow their potential in the area of agri-preneurship, he has successfully done this for over 12 years. He is also passionate at developing frugal innovations at helping smallholder farmers build resilience and adaptation to climate change. He has ample hands-on-experience in experimental economics designing and analyzing impact evaluations with bias for agricultural, rural development, development economics and social protection interventions. He is consultant to a number of organizations including African Agribusiness Alliance, National Centre for Hydropower Research and Development, Blessmath Agri-Enterprise, Mcgeorge Consulting Ltd., AgroNigeria, Africe Farms Ltd., among others. As co-founder and Lead Consultant of Wonderworld Agri-Centre, he is energized by his quest in agricultural enterprise management to keep inspiring agri-preneurs to lead African agricultural revolution to success. He is an author and practicing consultant in the area of Agricultural Enterprise Management, Farm Safety/Agricultural Health, and Climate Change Resilience among others. 

He is also the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment (CSAE) and a Consultant to the Organization. He is a member of many professional organizations including the African Association of Agricultural Economists, the International Society of Agricultural Safety and Health (ISASH), Young African Researchers in Agriculture (YARA) and Young Platform for Agricultural Research and Development (YPARD).  He has published widely in local and international academic outlets. He has served as Principal Investigator to a number of funded projects including the study that generated a research output of an agricultural health game board for agricultural health literacy in Nigeria. A detail of this research is published in the US national bureau of economic research (NBER) working paper series found at http://www.nber.org/papers/w26043. He is also a referee to a number of reputable journals including World Development Journal, the International Journal of Development Issues, Journal of Agricultural Safety and Health among others.  He is a 2019 Winner, Young African Innovators (West Africa) Award by RUFORUM, a 2019 Winner, YALI Alumni Innovative Fund (YAIF) by USAID and a 2020 Young African Researchers in Agriculture Grant Awardee. Outside business, Dr. Toyin Olowogbon is a loving husband, father and he likes computing and engaging in family activities.

Dr. Raphael Olanrewaju Babatunde, is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics with over 20 years teaching and research experience at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His research interest includes Development Economics, Agricultural Enterprise Development and Labour Market nexus, Health Economics, Impact Assessment and Sustainability. Over the years he has carried out research on different studies that have enhanced policy implementation in Nigeria. Similarly, he is currently supporting the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as a CAADP Technical Expert to conduct a health and safety impact assessment of climate smart agricultural practices among smallholder farmers in Nigeria. Dr. Babatunde is one of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert working with African Union Commission (AUC) and other partners to prepare the health and safety component of the Malabo Declaration Biennial Review and Africa Agriculture Transformation Scorecards which is to be presented to the Africa Heads of State and Government every two years at the AU Assembly. Dr. Babatunde was a Visiting Professor at the Chair of Development Economics, University of Passau, Germany in 2015. Prior to this, he was a Visiting Researcher at the department of Globalization, Trade and Regional Integration, Nordic Africa Institute (NAI), Uppsala, Sweden in 2013. He was also a Visiting Fellow and Scholar at the Research Group on Food Security and Livelihoods, African Studies Centre (ASC), University of Leiden, Netherlands and Visiting Researcher at the department of Public Economics, University of Pavia, Italy in 2012 and 2010 respectively.  He is a Fellow of the Centre for International Cooperation and Development (CICOPS), University of Pavia, Italy and the Team Lead of Development Economics Research Group, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a technical consultant to the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment (CSAE). He is happily married and blessed with children.

Prof. Olagunju, Funke Iyabo obtained her Ph.D. in 2006 in the field of Agricultural Economics at Obafemi  Awolowo University , Ile Ife, Osun State  Nigeria. Her research interests are in the area of Agribusiness, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Agricultural finance with special emphasis on Policy development. At present she is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo- State, Nigeria. She had to her credit, a postdoctoral fellowship award from African Women in Agriculture and Rural Development (AWARD), Kenya. In quest for more knowledge, she has attended several international training workshops organized by various bodies as African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) Fellowships,  Global Development Network (GDN), African Growth and Development Consortium (AGRODEP), and (AWARD) to mention a few. She also benefitted from institution based Tetfund grant. She was a Consultant to McGeorge Consulting Firm on Capacity Building and Specialized Manpower Training on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation for Senior Public Servants, Ilorin, Nigeria. And also a Co-Investigator in the Assessment of IFAD/FGN Poverty Reduction Programme among Farm Households in Ondo State of Nigeria sponsored by AGRODEP Seed Fund, Dakar, Senegal. She belongs to many professional bodies including Nigerian Association of Agricultural Economist (NAAE), African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Nairobi, Kenya, Africa Growth and Development Policy, AGRODEP, IFPRI Senegal and Nigerian Women in Agricultural and Rural Development (NIWARD) Nigeria. She has several years of experience in quantitative agricultural and development economics, and good knowledge of methods for analyses and use of standard econometrics software (e.g. STATA, SHAZAM, SPSS, LIMDEP and R) and has capacity to translate findings of applied research into policy recommendations.  She is a technical consultant to Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment, CSAE, Ilorin, Nigeria.  She is happily married and blessed with children.

Mr. AKINWALE, Emmanuel

Mr. Akinwale Emmanuel is the Founding Operation Director of Adedire Farms and Consult Ltd., Ibadan.  He is a Graduate of Entrepreneur Development Centre, South West Center, Ibadan. He holds B.Sc. in fisheries since 1997. He has attended so many local and international workshops. The most pronounces amongst them is the World Bank Train the Trainers of Catfish Consultant. Before arriving at this point he has worked in several fish farms and companies like Zartech Agric Limited Ibadan, Obasanjo Holding, West Farm Ltd Lekki and Catholic Farm Oluponna. He belongs to several trade groups and profession association like, Fisheries Society of Nigeria, British Society of Project Management Profession and most recently Nigeria Association of Small Medium Enterprises. He is a training facilitator in Aquaculture with FILAMAT Institute of Training Arm of Animal Care Consult Limited. He is certified Farm Assurer/GAP Consultant with GlobalGAP.org/ FoodPlus Germany. He is a 2019 Commonwealth Scholar and M.Sc. Sustainable Aquaculture Student of University of St. Andrew, UK. He is a technical consultant to the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Empowerment (CSAE). He is happily married and blessed with children.
